Free State Tours Schedule

Since COVID, we only plan tours on request, but sometimes have extra space to include you. Contact us for the date ranges you are looking for, and we can provide current options.

Due to the exclusive nature and limited size of each small group, there is usually a maximum of 6 guests per group.

Some exceptions can be made for larger families or groups, but the pricing may be affected. It can sometimes be cheaper to add people, but over 8 people adds considerable cost due to the size of the vehicles used for land transportation.

It is sometimes possible to arrange special tours on demand. Being flexible while focusing on small groups is another advantage of seeking our help for your trip. Please inquire at dan@freestatetours.com if custom dates are needed.

Contact me at d.luttrell@dreamvacations.com to schedule your small group.

We have changed our scheduling in the post-COVID world. We used to speculatively book some trips with hopes that they would fill up, but this was unsustainable, so we have gone back to custom trips. If you are a single person or a couple and are willing to be added to open spots, please contact us for options or to be added to our waiting list.

Israel – Holy Land 9-night – Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, the Dead Sea, and Galilee – Example

This tour will include 3 days in the holy city of Jerusalem, a visit to the Dead Sea, a visit to Masada, a walk in Jesus’ footsteps at the Sea of Galilee, the Mount of Olives, Caesarea Maritima, and a visit to the beach in Tel-Aviv, and much more. You won’t want to miss it.

We have some dates scheduled in 2026. Tours can be impacted or cancelled due to security concerns, even at the last minute. We try to limit any non-refundable expenses, but last-minute cancellations due to events are not without some financial risk. We do suggest cancel for any reason travel insurance as one option that can actually save money, as non-refundable hotel rates cost us less to book up front.

COVID and the recent war have had a great impact on many of the hotels that we have used in the past to close or change ownership, so this has had an impact on our pricing arrangements, but we work to make it as reasonable as possible. Our goal isn’t to nickel and dime our guests. We want more people to visit the Holy Land.
